About "The Dean of Big Strong U".
I started lifting weights when I was 18, and since then I have been hooked. In my twenties I took a slow journey into obesity and in my thirties I fixed that by GETTING MY FIT TOGETHER! I flirted with both bodybuilding and powerlifting; and now I workout with 2 goals in mind:
1. To be exceptionally health
2. To look as good as I can possibly look
Now I'm looking to help other people GET THEIR FIT TOGETHER so that you can look good and feel good too!
