My morning cardio sessions continue. Right now I'm doing these stairs behind me in the pic up and down 25 times for now. Its a great way to start the day and it fits in my schedule. I need to increase the workout soon because it's starting to become too easy....[leave a comment]
I got a good home workout in last night. I am officially on a new split; my old split that I used prior to transitioning into powerlifting. It's an upper/lower split every other day with Saturday being back day.

Finally back on my grind. I got a quick cardio session in this morning. Just 25 trips up and down these stairs right here. Nothing too major, but enough to get my heart rate up and my blood pumping and burn a few calories.

I started doing these Pump & Burn workouts late 2017 to continue working on my muscle definition while starting to worrk on getting stronger. It's a mix of powerlifting and bodybuilding designed increase strength and look better. Here is a detailed overview of tonight's workout.
We are about to do our first chest workout of 2018 and I'm pumped. We're doing pump & burn sets! 10 sets, 5 powerlifting sets heavy for 5 reps each followed immediately by 5 bodybuilding sets, light for reps of 12.
