Morning Cardio Continues

Got an early Saturday morning workout in. SUPERSETS! 1. curls with front & lateral shoulders with kettle balls 2. Overhead triceps using kettle balls with shrugs using dumbbells 3. Pushups, 5 sets of 20 with 30 seconds of rest. FUN FACT.... I hate pushups. They are boring as heck

Oops, I Forgot to Chalk Up

This is a prime example of why we chalk up before we deadlift. This weight is not have to me, it's only 365 pounds. But, watch the difference in the 2 lifts at the same weight.
