My morning cardio sessions continue. Right now I'm doing these stairs behind me in the pic up and down 25 times for now. Its a great way to start the day and it fits in my schedule. I need to increase the workout soon because it's starting to become too easy....[leave a comment]
I got a good home workout in last night. I am officially on a new split; my old split that I used prior to transitioning into powerlifting. It's an upper/lower split every other day with Saturday being back day.

Time to go do Back Day. I'm mad, I'm in a bad mood, and I'm about to go out here and take it out on these weights instead of taking it out on somebody. Weight therapy to the rescue....[leave a comment]
