I got out this morning and got in a bike ride. I rode 6.6 miles in 46 minutes and burned 410 calories with an average speed of 8.3 mph. All on an empty stomach, so I probably burned a significant amount of fat on the ride.

I hadn't been out on my bike since sometime early in 2016. So it was nice to get out and get in a good ride on my bike.
