ANother amazing meal hooked up by Meeks for me following a busy day. This vegan setup was comprised of vegan Rigatoni pasta with spinach, tomato sauce and red bell peppers on them. It was served with broiled asparagus; seasoned with pepper, garlic pepper and olive oil. MMMM mmm mmm!!!

EAT MORE PLANTS! Do you all see what Meeks put together for me! Black beans, corn and quinoa. With it a medley of multi-colored bell peppers, Roma tomatoes and spinach. Meeks is a MONSTER with the seasonings, so it was extremely flavorful!
