My Independence Day Meal/Snack

I honestly didn't eat much on Independence Day. We were going to go somewhere but plans got changed so we ended up hanging around the house all day. This was my only real meal throughout the day, although I had this same meal twice and later had some pretzels and humus....[leave a comment]

Independence Day Morning Bike Ride

I got out this morning and got in a bike ride. I rode 6.6 miles in 46 minutes and burned 410 calories with an average speed of 8.3 mph. All on an empty stomach, so I probably burned a significant amount of fat on the ride. I used the Under Armor "MapMyRide" app to track my ride....[leave a comment]
