Throwback to 2016 when I was in the middle of my journey from a 205 pound deadlift to maxing out at 505 pounds. This was my first time breaking the 400-pound barrier; hitting 405 pounds. I remember this day like it was yesterday; it was the first time in a long time that I felt real strong.
